*Estate agents are required by law to fully observe and comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. In order to complete and comply with these pieces of legislation we must carry out some independent third-party checks which are cost incurring. This Includes, but not limited to; Satisfactory evidence of identity of all beneficial owners, and land registry documentation. Therefore, a small Customer Compliance administration fee of £25(inc VAT) per Landlord will be payable and is required before we can proceed to market any property. This charge will rise to £35(inc VAT) per Landlord for overseas clients.
