The Home Partnership will be opening the doors of their new office in St Thomas Road, Brentwood in April 2014.

 

Although the Home Partnership name will be new to the town, the three Directors Scott Mason, Joanne Williams and Merrick Allen are no strangers to the property market, having over 50 years combined Estate Agency experience between them.

 

This is a tremendously exciting project for the trio and part of their ongoing expansion plans for their highly successful, award winning company.  Director Scott commented ‘we have chosen Brentwood as the location for our second office for many reasons, but specifically to complement our existing Chelmsford branch and allow us to market properties in the surrounding areas from both’.  Brentwood is a popular area which attracts interest from potential buyers & tenants moving out from the London area.

 

Merrick Allen, Stacy Walpole, Gillian Simmons and Joanne Williams will form the team of friendly, confident and knowledgeable experts working from the new Brentwood site, but for three of them it’s more of a homecoming than a new beginning. Merrick, Stacy and Gillian have all lived, or currently live in the area and retain strong links with Brentwood, so have the extensive, valuable, local knowledge perfect for providing that professional service to their clients.
