Galleywood Common...

We popped back to Galleywood Common, Chelmsford to help clear weeds and brambles from around the Heather.

Following the pandemic alot of the natural Heather has been taken over by other plants impacting its growth. We managed to help clear away a fair amount to help this area of the park flourish again.


Big thanks and shout out to Dan & Nicola from Chelmsford City Parks for their time and patience with us. We all had great fun, although Scott and Merrick soon regretted their decision to wear shorts.

This tops our community pledge to 36 hours of volunteering.
