Lettings Property Manager

Join our team as a full time or part time Lettings Property Manager, where you will be a vital link between landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. With the upcoming Renters' Rights Bill emphasising tenant protection and property standards, this role requires proactive adaptation to changes, ensuring compliance while fostering positive relationships.  No experience? No problem! This is a fantastic opportunity to switch careers and embark on a rewarding journey in the lettings industry. We provide full training and support to help you succeed in your new role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce policies for tenant behaviour, maintenance procedures, and emergency protocols.
  • Manage rental payments, security deposits, and contractor quotes with attention to detail and adherence to financial policies.
  • Maintain compliance with legal requirements through structured processes.
  • Utilise organisational tools and software to track timelines and tasks effectively.
  • Identify and address small issues before they escalate, ensuring property maintenance and policy compliance.
  • Communicate clearly with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
  • Schedule regular maintenance, interim inspections, and inventory & check out inspections , completing all tasks within set timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and a passion for structure and compliance.
  • Effective communication and quick problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Own car and clean driving licence essential

Schedule:

  • Primarily Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required for Saturdays and one Bank Holiday per annum during reduced hours.
